I managed day-to-day communication with FMCG brand clients, scheduled project meetings, and coordinated internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery. This built strong foundations in account servicing and stakeholder management.

Brand & Campaign Support

I assisted in planning and executing marketing activations for client brands, helping align talent, content, and promotional activity to brand objectives. This gave me exposure to real-world brand campaign execution.

Client Onboarding & Relationship Building

I supported onboarding of new FMCG clients, guided them through service offerings, and maintained ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
