This experience strengthened my client coordination, retail execution, and stakeholder management skills.

I founded and operate a retail business serving B2C and B2B customers in Nairobi. I manage suppliers, inventory, order fulfilment, and customer experience. I built digital lead generation channels and partnerships with hotels and resellers. Running this business sharpened my skills in account management, operations, and problem-solving.
